This document, which will be called "Wrapsticity" from now on, is a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and Wrapsticity, which will also be called "the company."

Termination of Use

ii. Company Termination: Wrapsticity reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, for violating these Terms or for conduct that could harm the company or its users.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of the services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in San Diego County, California.

Amendments to Terms

Wrapsticity reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
